Here’s a beautiful breakfast that’s perfect for a cozy weekend morning, Glazed Orange Blossom Rolls. These are lovely assemble-only buns that are pretty enough to serve for dessert, perhaps with a scoop of frosty vanilla ice cream. As with most my recipes, I love the opportunity for readers to make this their own / I might have to try these with a fresh blackberry jam or chocolate hazelnut spread. So roll these up and hop back into bed while they bake for a beautifully sweet morning.

With our first foggy October day out here, will you allow me to dream? Here goes. I live in some rustic Alaskan or, even better, Norwegian cabin. Leaves are turning warm colors on the trees and the air is filled with cold, misty rain. What better to do than to stoke the fire of my potbelly stove… er, I mean turn on my oven… and pop in some seriously good Cinnamon Raisin bread ? // Alright, so reality is that we’ve been having our Indian Summer out here, and I need this one foggy day to pretend I’m somewhere where they have a real Autumn.
Note to mamas: this is pretty much the perfect recipe for little helper hands (5 years old, in my case) // Here’s a big help: if you have one, use a bread machine to make the dough. Or just buy dough. Because with a kiddo around, who has time for that?
Take the dough prep out of the equation, and this recipe is basically assemble and bake.
