When I’m feelin extra-homemakerish, home-made burger buns earn me extra wife points and are a great way to start off Friday dinner right. My basic bread dough recipe seen here is just adapted a bit. Make plump bun shapes on a parchment-lined baking sheet and allow to rise for 30 minutes. Simply brush with egg & sprinkle with poppy seeds, sesame seeds, dried onions, and coarse salt. Bake 20-25 min at 375f until golden. Pass Go and collect $200!
